CLUB FEES
Once a player and her parent(s) or guardian commits to a position on a team,
the family is responsible for full payment of dues. Following each family’s commitment,
the club goes ahead and books tournaments, pays rent, buys uniforms, engages coaches,
and in general budgets to spend the dues that are committed to the club. Two copies of
the Financial Agreement are given to the parent(s) of each player. One of those copies
must be signed and returned to the club with the first payment.
The dues structure allows:
$600.00 - DUE AT FIRST DECEMBER 2011 PRACTICE
$500.00 - DUE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY 2012
$500.00 - DUE FIRST WEEK OF FEBRUARY 2012
2 payments (Teams ages 12 to 13)
$400.00 - DUE AT FIRST DECEMBER 2011 PRACTICE
$400.00 - DUE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY 2012
1 payment (Clinic)
$140.00 - DUE AT FIRST CLINIC SESSION
All payments must be made timely in accordance with the above schedule.
Players will be prohibited from attending practices or tournaments until payment is made.
Dues cover facilities charges, equipment, uniforms (two jerseys/ 1 shorts), warm-ups,
club expenses, coaches and tournament fees. Coaches select the final schedule of tournaments.
NOTE: There will be no refunds of dues paid to the Club for any reason. This includes
the instance when a player is asked to leave the club for disciplinary reasons as per the
Player Code of Conduct.
